Renting out your property in 5 steps:

- Initial appointment First, you contact us for a no-obligation appointment to rent out your property. This can be at your location or at one of our branches.

- Quotation After the introductory conversation, you will receive a customized quote within a day based on your preferences.
- Scheduling photographer After approving the quote, we schedule an appointment with the photographer to photograph your property.
- Listing the property online Once the photographer has visited, we can start creating the advertisement to offer your property for rent.
- Viewings Once we have found one or more interested tenants, we schedule a viewing appointment. After this appointment, you decide who you want to proceed with, and the tenants are thoroughly screened, and the lease agreement is drawn up.
- (Optional) Property management In addition to renting out your property, we can also support you with property management. We fully support you from the moment the living space is rented out and throughout the entire rental period.
