In 8 Steps from Introduction to Handover with HouseHunting!

You are about to sell your home – an exciting journey that we are happy to make easy for you. With our step-by-step plan, we guide you from the first conversation to the final handover. This way, you’ll know exactly what to expect and what we will take care of for you.

1. No-obligation introductory meeting

We begin with an introductory meeting at your home, where we will assess your property and explain how our services and approach work. This meeting helps us get a clear understanding of your property and sales goals.

2. Free property valuation and sales strategy

Within a few days, you will receive a detailed property valuation from us, along with a well-supported sales strategy and price recommendation. If there is mutual trust and a good connection, we will enthusiastically start working together!

3. Sales preparation, presentation, and honest bidding

In this phase, we take care of the complete sales preparation and presentation of your property. We create an online file where we collect all legal documents, floor plans, and necessary information, and set everything up in our system for Honest Bidding, ensuring a transparent and fair bidding process for all parties involved.

4. Start of sale and listing on Funda

Once the presentation is fully ready, we launch your property on Funda and our website. Additionally, you will receive a “for sale” sign to place by the window or in the garden, so the neighborhood can see the news right away.

5. Viewings

The property is now officially on the market, and interested buyers can schedule viewings. We handle all the appointments and fully assist with the viewings, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

6. Negotiations

When an offer comes in, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. In consultation, we determine the best strategy and handle the negotiations for you, always staying in close communication. You, of course, have the final say on to whom you sell the property and under what conditions. This process can be followed online through the honest bidding platform, where you have 24/7 access.

7. Drafting and signing of the purchase agreement

Once an agreement is reached with the buyer, we draft the purchase agreement and ensure that all terms are properly documented. Once both the seller and the buyer agree, the contract can be signed.

8. Final inspection and handover

After the purchase agreement is signed, we send all documents to the notary. On the day of the transfer, the notary will oversee the final inspection and the formal part of the key handover. Of course, we will be present on this day to fully support you.
