Back to the way it once was, that is no longer possible. But the building does have the same appearance as the neoclassical buildings next to it.
The Korenbeurs had stood on this site since the first part of the nineteenth century, which is why the building now has this name. However, the stock exchange building, with large arches for windows and doors at the front, did not serve as a grain trading center for long. A police post was established there in 1909. The building was subsequently severely damaged during the liberation. The police left in 1945 and the Korenbeurs was completely demolished for new construction. The Labor Office settled in the building, later followed by a number of Catholic institutions, including the Catholic Bible Foundation.
While the building was not perceived as beautiful from the outside before the renovation, it is actually a beautiful building on the inside. For example, there is a full-fledged basement in the building, where we have housed the storage rooms for the apartments. The rooms also have very high ceilings, up to three meters thirty. This gives all apartments a loft-like atmosphere.

The building has an elevator and under the building there is a basement where the storage rooms are located, each apartment has its own storage room where bicycles can be placed.
