The Bethaniestraat is an ideal street (located between Hekellaan and Hinthamerstraat) for someone who wants to live in the center of Den Bosch but is not immediately waiting for the crowds.

The room of approximately 15 m2 is located on the 2nd floor at the rear and has its own kitchen unit. 
There is also a shared bathroom and 2 toilets in the house. You share this with 5 other residents.

Own kitchen (block), rental price does not include g/w/l and service costs. For this, € 105 is charged. Internet is arranged among the residents.

Rental conditions:
– Only available to students or working people up to 27 years old.
– Pets not allowed.
– Rental period at least 12 months.
– As a security, a deposit is requested the size of 2 months of rent.
– An income test is carried out in which the tenant must earn at least 3 times the rent on a monthly basis. This must be demonstrated on the basis of recent salary strips and an employer’s statement. If this cannot be met, a guarantor must be appointed.
– Given the composition of this house, preference is for a studying or young person up to 27 years of age.
