In a modern studio complex of a total of 9 studios at the Brede Haven in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, a studio is available on the first floor at the rear. This studio has a large roof terrace on the Southwest.

De Brede Haven literally borders the center and is within walking distance of the central station.

The studio is approximately 25 m2 and is completely independent. The studio has a wood-look laminate floor and plastered walls. The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances including a combination microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner electric hob and extractor hood. The studio has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The roof terrace is located on the Southwest and is +/- 30m2. 

A washing machine and dryer are shared with the other studios. The use of this is included in the service costs. There is also a shared bicycle shed that can be used. 

Rental price excludes service costs and advance payment for heat and water. These costs amount to € 140 per month.

Rental conditions:
– Rental period at least 12 months.
– A deposit equal to 2 months’ rent is required as security.
– An income test is carried out whereby the tenant must earn at least 3 times the rent on a monthly basis. This must be demonstrated on the basis of recent pay slips and an employer’s statement. If this cannot be met, a guarantor must be appointed.
