The apartments on Utrechtseweg 25 (A to G) are available for the rental for a minimum period of 1 month and a maximum period of 6 months. The rent of a private parking space (i.o. with charging station) during the stay is also possible.

The Short Stay apartments are located on the ground floor of the Nefkens Park. The striking Nefkens building is located in the middle of the city of Amersfoort and has been transformed into a sustainable residential building with special extras. It is located near all amenities and the bustling city center. The central station is literally around the corner. A few minutes’ walk, there are plenty of nice restaurants, a cinema and several supermarkets. And yet Nefkens Park is also within cycling distance of the greenery of the Bergkwartier, Bos Birkhoven and Amersfoort Zoo.

The modern Short Stay apartments are rented furnished, including supplies such as crockery and even a washing/drying combination. Unique is – certainly in the city center of Amersfoort – the own parking space that can be rented.

Which services do I get?
The service costs are incorporated in the rental price of the apartments. The rent of an apartment includes the following deliveries and services:

Large and small daily maintenance;
maintenance and periodic control heating installation, including malfunctions and call -out costs;

How is it delivered?

There are complete sanitary facilities in the bathroom and toilet.

How is the parking space?

How long do I rent?
The minimum rental period is 1 month and the maximum rental period is in principle 6 months.

What is the payment term?
The lease obligation including the service costs are collected per month in advance by direct debit or fully (with a shorter rental period) paid at the start of the rental period.

What security is used?
As a certainty, a deposit must be paid in the amount of € 1,000.

What is the layout?
The Short Stay apartments are located on the ground floor. Income from the square is through a large shared general space that is exclusively accessible to the residents of the Short Stay Apartments.
