A room with a shared balcony becomes available on the edge of the center of ‘s-Hertogenbosch. The room has its own kitchenette with a 2-burner stove and refrigerator with freezer compartment.
 
The house consists of a total of 12 rooms and share 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms spread over 3 floors.
The house is occupied by students and young working people. There is a mix of men and women in the house.
 
-Rental conditions:
-Rental period at least 12 months
-Maximum 1 person
-Intended for students or young working people 
-A deposit equal to 2 months’ rent is required as security.
-An income test is carried out whereby the tenant must earn at least 3 times the gross rent on a monthly basis. This must be demonstrated on the basis of recent pay slips and an employer’s statement. If this cannot be met, a guarantor must be appointed.
-Rent price excludes € 95 for water, electricity, heat and service costs and excludes internet. 
-The residents have arranged the internet among themselves.
