The house is located on a quiet street in the center of Laren. Laren has a cozy atmosphere, a wide variety of shops and restaurants and is characterized as an artists’ village. Laren also has larger stores such as Hema, Blokker and Albert Heijn. On the other hand, many local activities are being developed, such as a museum / theater (Singer), hockey club, tennis club, football club, primary school, international school, (24/7) childcare, secondary education, various fitness schools and a swimming pool. Within walking distance of the house are several restaurants and cafés (including Mauve, ‘t Bonte Paard, Brink20) with nice terraces and the heath is also close by.

Accessibility
The house is conveniently located in relation to Amsterdam, Utrecht, Amersfoort (25 minutes’ drive) and Hilversum (about 10 minutes’ drive).

A little tour
The living room with open kitchen can be reached via the front. The room has a playful layout with the stairs to the open landing, the oak wooden floor with contrast to the kitchen floor, the visible steel beams and the high ceiling. The modern bathroom with walk-in shower is also located on the ground floor. The open kitchen is matte gray, has a white high-quality worktop and gas hob with stainless steel extractor hood. Near the open kitchen is a spacious 6-8 person dining table. The living room has an anthracite 3-seater sofa with ottoman, an armchair, coffee table and flat screen TV. On the top floor there are two more bedrooms with characteristic wooden beams, wooden floors and plastered walls. The master bedroom has a new box spring (1.60), with quality linen and stylish clothes rack. The secondary bedroom has a box spring (1.40). In short, ideal as a temporary stay.
