HHPM serves as the central point of contact for inquiries and complaints from users and residents, and is available 24/7. To optimize the process of service requests and notifications, we kindly ask you to submit your requests through your personal portal. You can log in here.


  • Exclusions must be paid directly to the supplier by you.
  • Work that the technician ultimately does not consider urgent will be partially charged to you. (the emergency rate is unfortunately significantly higher than the regular rate) Have you consulted the Decision on Minor Repairs to determine if these costs may be charged to you?
  • No hot water or heating? First check if your boiler has sufficient pressure. You can see how this works here.
