CONDITIONS
* Rental price excludes internet/TV, service costs, furnishing, and GWE.
* Total rental price including all additional costs is €7000 for the 7 rooms.
* Deposit 1 month rent.
* Income requires 3 month’s rent (for all tenants)
* Rental period minimum 12 months
* Fully furnished
* No pets allowed
* No smoking allowed
* Temporary contract
* We don’t charge any kind of costs to the tenant for the rental mediation and the conclusion of a rental agreement.
