Lease termination

You can terminate your lease agreement if the period agreed upon in the contract has expired. The notice period is always in whole calendar months (you can find the notice period in the lease agreement).

Example: If you terminate the lease on the 15th of the month, then the (minimum) end date is the last day of the following month.

Attention! If you are married or if the lease agreement is also in the name of your partner, then the termination must be signed by both parties. A termination of lease is not without obligation. Once you have submitted a termination of lease, it cannot be unilaterally withdrawn. Upon receipt, your termination will be confirmed in writing by us, and you will also receive the necessary information about the further handling of your termination.
